Borden-Carleton's ball field is named the Reg Rodgers' Memorial Field. Reg Rodgers was the manager of the Borden Nationals - Maritime Champions who beat Berwick in a sudden-death overtime match in 1945. Reg Rodgers also led the town to win many Maritime championships in softball.
